Course Schedule

All of the courses below will be conducted by assistant teachers of S. N. Goenka using audio and video tapes of Mr. Goenka's instructions and discourses. All ten day courses begin the evening of the arrival day and end early morning of the departure day.

How to Apply for a Course

Ten-day courses are introductory courses to Vipassana Meditation where the technique is taught step-by-step each day. the courses begin after a 2-4 pm registration period and an orientation talk, followed by 10 full days of meditation, and end in the morning of the 11 day by 7:30am. Children courses are designed for children 8 to 16 years of age. Visit our Children Courses page for information and application forms.

Adolescent courses are designed for teenagers 16-19 years of age, as an introduction to meditation. Presently we are not yet offering these courses.

Courses for Old Students A number of course types are exclusively for Old Students, i.e. persons who have completed at least one 10-day course in is tradition. These include short refresher courses namely 1-day courses and 3-day courses. Please refer to the course schedule.

Dhamma Service: Since the Centre is still in its initial stage of development, we need not only service during courses and for maintenance of the centre but also for construction and developmental activities. For further information please refer to Dhamma Service.
